Neutral Baby Card

Made this for a card challenge...Buttons & Bows........image is on my Malarkies blog as 'Twin Teddies'.......altered the twins to make a single and changed the colours slightly to neutralise...is that a proper word?...think it is.
Anyway...used neutral colours throughout to suit either sex!
Decoupaged the teddy...I love him..he is so cute!
